This Replacer upgrades the models of the Telekinesis, Silence, Paralysis, Soultrap and Desintegrate Armor/Weapon Staffs with animated an particle enchanced versions. No other properties but the look are changed. In contrast to earlier editions of Garak's Staff replacer, this one has an additional feature: Rindir's Staffs in the Market District of the Imperial City features a new chest labeled "Staff Accumulation Device" which, after being fed with a set of certain Staffs, will produce an Artefact named "Staff of Rainbows". This staff will hit its victims with a vast range of effects - most of the time damaging, but sometimes as well buffing or healing or just plain whacky - give it a try!
